in2nano: High School Nanotech Club (Cairo, Spring 2010)

SabryCorp is deeply committed to our clients, partners and communities. We believe in the importance of giving back to the communities in which we live and are committed to bringing nanoscience to emerging economies in a planned, effective and sustainable way. SabryCorp promotes awareness of emerging technologies in the Middle East by organizing high-impact events including: educational programs, meetings, multimedia exhibitions, workshops, training seminars and campaigns.

By organizing events inside the Middle East, we bring nanoscience to its doorstep and provide Middle Eastern scholars the opportunity to meet and be inspired by some of the world’s leading scientists on their home front. Our events and consultancy additionally guide external companies to invest in science and technology in the Middle East and acquaint them with the research and development needs of the Middle East.

One of our main outreach programs is the in2nano project. in2nano is an exciting hands-on, minds-on program which aims to give students and the public a firsthand look at the exciting scientific possibilities being enabled by nanotechnology. It is the first educational project geared towards high school students about nanotechnology in the Middle East and Africa, and one of the first of its kind worldwide, a nonprofit activity funded through public support.

in2nano is an fun and interactive school outreach and community awareness program which combines excitement, cooperative learning, advice from experts, and other participatory activities to help prepare students and the broader community for the the upcoming nano-revolution.
